Our hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are always available when emergencies arise, even after hours. Quick response time is just as important to us as it is for you: retainer clients are guaranteed a three hour response time for critical issues but most customers never wait more than one day, even for minor issues.

Willie Brunet, Founder
Willie has served the bayou region with IT services since 2001. He started his career as a Network Technician/Voice-Over IP analyst for Hibernia National Bank for five years before working for a local IT services company. Willie started Total Data Solutions in 2021 so he could serve his community with his extensive IT knowledge. When Willie isn’t working, or with his family, you’ll find him practicing his other passion: drumming.
